The performance season is upon us. Schools are putting final touches on their Musical Productions. Students are preparing for final performance exams in dance, music, drama…etc. The live entertainment industry is exploding once again. There’s lots to prepare, lots to practice, lots to get right. Quite often, in amongst all the busi-ness, one of the most important elements gets left behind….and that is prepping        PERFORMANCE MINDSET.

Hi! I am Jo-anne Roberts and I invite you to attend a recorded, once live, online workshop where I will share how to get ‘Mind-Ready’ for performance.

I will cover exercises and strategies that can be practiced and developed straight after the workshop. These can be easily incorporated into regular rehearsal routines.

There will be handouts and worksheets, Q&A, story sharing and ongoing support leading up to the performance.

Are you someone who gets nervous performing in front of strangers or family?
  • Have you ever tried different strategies to overcome anxiety, but none work?
  • Do you practise, know your stuff, get on stage and it all falls apart?
  • IF YOUR ANSWER TO ANY OR ALL OF THESE IS YES THEN THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU
  • I will teach proven exercises &strategies that you can develop & use
  • as you prepare for your next performance.
